February - great plains master beekeeper program & bee allergies

Our February meeting will be held at the Animal Sciences building with a portion of the program available on Zoom.

Jaevyn Hoyt will be presenting information about University of Nebraska's Great Plains Master Beekeping program. Jaevyn is a technical artist fascinated by the intersections between art & science. This interest in the natural world & science communication is what led to joining the Beelab in the summer of 2023. His long term goals are use his skills to bring science communication to games & media.

Susan Gale graduated from the University of Missouri School of Nursing and was a registered nurse for many years. Most of her career was psent at the University Hospital in both Obstetrics and the Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
