Workshops

We understand that beekeeping is a hands-on activity and we have an apiary for that.  Two or three times a year, we hold learning sessions so beekeepers can see and try maintenance duties discussed during our monthly meetings.

Community Support

Several times a year, our members do community outreach through interviews and public learning events to explain how important beekeeping is to the community. Our Volunteers are what keep us involved and engaged with the non-beekeepers around the area.

Monthly Meetings

Third Sunday of the month, we get together to talk about honey bees. Meetings begin at 3:00 pm and usually last around 2 hours. We do a little business but mostly help answer questions and provide support to our members.
